Glavstroy-SPb is one of the largest developers in Saint Petersburg. The company is a leader in the local construction market with extensive experience in large-scale construction projects. The project "Severnaya Dolina", which is designed for 2.7 mln sq. m. of housing with social infrastructure, was launched in 2009. This is one of Europe's largest integrated development project areas. Today commissioned 6 queues with a total area of more than 1 mln sq. m. The project "Glavstroy-SPb" is engaged in the development of social and road infrastructure. By the end of the project in the residential complex "North Valley" will operate 13 kindergartens and 10 schools, substation ambulance for 8 cars, children's and adult clinics, fire station, police station and communication. The residential complex will be home to 80,000 St. Petersburg.
Yuntolovo, a low-rise residential district is being constructed on a 437 hectares terrain in the Primorsky district of Saint Petersburg. The project includes the construction of housing, totaling 2.2 million sq m, and the creation of commercial and social infrastructure, totaling 600,000 sq m. The reconstruction of Apraksin Dvor shopping centre. The project is focused on the restoration of historical buildings at the Apraksin Dvor shopping center, over a 12 hectare site.
The construction of the multifunctional district Panorama 360. The project will create a multifunctional complex that includes residential buildings, social infrastructure, office buildings, shops and a hotel.

BaselCement regularly modernises its production facilities in order to boost efficiency and minimise environmental impact.
BaselCement also modernised the Achinsk Cement facility following its acquisition in 2006. As part of the process, the facility was equipped with two modern production lines that have boosted its production capacity to 1.4 million tonnes per year.
In 2013, BaselCement commissioned Serebryansky Cement Plant - environmentally friendly and one of the most modern cement plants in Russia.
BaselCement continues implementation of the modernization program of Achinck Cement and Uglovsky Lime plant.
