If there are currently no vacancies on the website that are interesting to you:
- You can submit your resume to Basic Element Sectors or to business units without indicating a specific position. In this event, your resume will be stored in a database, and at the next instance of a suitable position, you will be contacted.
- You can subscribe to receive information on vacancies and receive regular notices by e-mail.
If you have submitted the resume but not yet received any answer:
Per standard company procedure, the submitted resumes are reviewed by the staff in the HR Department within two weeks of submission. If you have not received any response by this period, it does not mean that your resume has not been considered. Most likely it means that at present the vacancy in which you are interested is either absent or closed. Nevertheless, your resume shall remain in the database of candidates and shall be periodically checked. As soon as a position corresponding to your professional experience is available, you will be contacted.
How is it possible to prepare for the interview:
We recommend that you study more about the Basic Element (by becoming familiar with the information on the website and by reading articles in business publications). It will help you to feel more confident in the interview. Prepare a list of questions interesting to you.
How long are resumes stored in the database: Submitted resumes are stored in the database, and during the next year are checked against any new vacancies. After a year has passed since the resume was submitted, we recommend submitting an updated version of your resume. |
