The Kuban AgroHolding was established on June 11, 2002, at the Kuban Collective Farm in the Ust-Labinsk district, Krasnodar territory, and is now one of southern Russia's largest agribusinesses. The holding includes 19 enterprises, including 11 farming enterprises, three elevators with combined capacity 200,000 tonnes, two unique seed farming complexes, milling and baking complexes and others. The holding bought the Svoboda sugar refinery in Ust-Labinsk in 2006. The holding currently has more than 5,000 employees and 75,000 hectares of land.
Kuban AgroHolding is a vertically integrated structure, consisting of five divisions: Agriculture, Seed Farming, Grain Storage and Processing, Sugar and Construction.

It is thanks to that investment that the holding has become a model enterprise in the Kuban - one that uses advanced technologies and possesses the very latest equipment and farming machinery. Kuban AgroHolding works with many Russian companies and is building relations with foreign partners. Its specialists have visited the leading agribusinesses in Brazil, Austria, Denmark, Germany, the United States, Australia, Hungary, Canada and the Netherlands in the last three years in order to gain an insight into the latest practices.
Close collaboration with the world leaders in farming and processing pays not only operating and technological dividends, but is also creating a positive international image for the Krasnodar territory's agri-sector as a whole.
Kuban AgroHolding's net profit has soared 2.7-fold in recent years. The holding paid more than 98 million rubles tax into the Ust-Labinsky district budget in 2009 - 11 million rubles more than in 2008. Tax remittance to the Krasnodar territory's budget grew by 49.6 million rubles to 150.2 million rubles.
AquaDin (LLC), which manufactures non-alcoholic beverages and bottles mineral water, is located in Dinskaya Stanitsa, Krasnodar territory. The company sources pure water from an on-site artesian well, 250 meters deep.
AquaDin has a range of 26 unique beverages, the quality of which is assured by the use of artesian water and collaboration with Doehler, one of Europe's largest natural food and beverage ingredient suppliers. AquaDin contributes to the Krasnodar territory's Quality Program.
Voskhod Stud Farm, established in 1920, is located in the Kuban's blessed lands, and is one of Russia's leading thoroughbred horse breeders.
The farm possesses a unique breeding stock and stud horses for some of the best Russian and foreign lineage. It has produced eminent horses like Granit II, Grog II, Garnir, Marsel, Gerold, Aden, Avat, Floridon, Fazon, Struna, Art, Shavat, Bor, Rigodon, Akbash and others. The farm has bred 43 traditional Derby winners. The renowned Anilin, unrivaled on Russia's own racetracks, has won all the main traditional prizes, came second in the Washington International and won three European titles in Germany.
Many stud mares and stallions in Russia and the former USSR today were bred at Voskhod.
