RUSAL announces management and structural changes

UC RUSAL Plc (SEHK: 486, EuroNext: RUSAL/RUAL), the world's largest aluminium producer, announces the creation of RUSAL's Department of Control, Internal audit and Business coordination, which will be headed by Tatyana Soina, who previously served as Chief Financial Officer of RUSAL. Evgeny Kornilov, formerly Chief Financial Officer of X5, has been appointed CFO to RUSAL.
