47.59% stake in the world's largest alumina and aluminium producer UC RUSAL
100% stake in EuroSibEnergo PLC (one of the world's largest hydro generation companies and largest Russian independent power producer)
a 100% in SMR (one of the world's largest ferromolybdenum producers).

En+ Group has a project pipeline including projects in coal and uranium mining, nuclear, aluminium downstream etc. The core base of En+'s businesses is located in Eastern Siberia - close to fast growing Asian markets.

UC RUSAL

UC RUSAL was formed in March 2007 from the merger between RUSAL, the SUAL Group and the alumina assets of Switzerland's Glencore. The Company today comprises 15 aluminum smelters, 12 alumina refineries, seven bauxite mining enterprises and three foil mills. The Company's main consumers are transport, construction and packaging enterprises. UC RUSAL has its own research and development and design capabilities and possesses RA-300 and RA-400 technologies.

Central European Aluminum Company (CEAC)

CEAC, or Central European Aluminium Company, has run the largest industrial enterprise in Montenegro - the Kombinat Aluminijuma Podgorica (KAP) aluminum smelter - and the Rudnic Boxita Niksic bauxite mine, which supplies raw materials for the smelter, since 2005.

RUSAL announces management and structural changes

UC RUSAL Plc (SEHK: 486, EuroNext: RUSAL/RUAL), the world's largest aluminium producer, announces the creation of RUSAL's Department of Control, Internal audit and Business coordination, which will be headed by Tatyana Soina, who previously served as Chief Financial Officer of RUSAL. Evgeny Kornilov, formerly Chief Financial Officer of X5, has been appointed CFO to RUSAL.
