OJSC Glavstroy is the head organisation of the development division of Glavstroy Corporation. The companies in the division operate in the Moscow Region (OJSC Glavstroy), Saint-Petersburg (Glavstroy-Spb) and Krasnodar Krai (RogSibAl).
The company's combined project portfolio is over 8 million square meters.
The development division works to pursue the integrated development of large territories, the transformation of urban environments, the creation of self-sufficient urban districts, large-scale multifunctional centers.
The division's companies are also active in the area of real estate services (Glavmosstroy-Realty).
Glavstroy-SPB focuses on the full development of large territories, the quality transformation of the urban environment and creation of self-contained urban districts.
Projects include the Northern Valley and Yuntolovo residential districts (more than 6 mln m2 of housing and social infrastructure) in St. Petersburg; and the renovation of the Apraksin Dvor trade complex, one of St. Petersburg's landmarks (approx. 350,000 m2).

Presently the RogSibAl's key project is the construction of the Main Olympic Village and the Complex of buildings and structures for the accommodation of the Olympic Family and the International Paralympic Committee in the Adler district of Sochi. The construction work is being conducted in strict accordance with international construction and environmental standards. After the 2014 Olympic Games the buildings will become a multifunctional recreation complex.
