The company has consolidated a portfolio of development projects, including construction of office buildings, shopping-recreation complexes, hotels and residential property equaling more than 2 million square meters.

The Imeritinskaya Riviera project is the first private venture to create a large international-class resort in the Russian Federation. It is one of the company's largest investment projects. Altius Development is involved in reclaiming a part of the Imeritinskaya valley equal to about 220 hectares in the Adler neighborhood of Sochi, where the hotels and stadiums of the Olympic village will be built for the 2014 Winter Olympics. In the framework of this project, it is planned to construct more than 1 million square meters of real estate. Hotels, apartments, recreation facilities, residential properties, retail space and exhibition space will be located in this area.
