Altius Development specializes in the full development and re-development of territories, construction of large multi-functional centers and real estate management.

Altius Development was established in 2006 and is the operating company for Basic Element's development business.

The portfolio of projects includes the construction of office, retail and leisure complexes, hospitality and residential real estate. One of the key projects is the Imeretinskaya Riviera project in Sochi's Adler district. The project involves building the main Olympic Village for the 2014 Winter Olympics and Paralympics, and an extensive modern tourist zone.

Glavstroy-SPB focuses on the full development of large territories, the quality transformation of the urban environment and creation of self-contained urban districts.

Projects include the Northern Valley and Yuntolovo residential districts (more than 6 mln m2 of housing and social infrastructure) in St. Petersburg; and the renovation of the Apraksin Dvor trade complex, one of St. Petersburg's landmarks (approx. 350,000 m2).
