- Continued to build Serebryansky Cement Works, commissioning scheduled in 2010
- Second pyroline put into service at Achinsk Cement Works, production of new type of cement for hydraulic installations launched
- Enhanced the architectural expressiveness of standard apartment blocks by employing new exterior panel finishing method
- New energy-saving window unit designed and tested
