Dmitry Vovk Appointed Head of Basic Element’s Aviation Sector

Dmitry Vovk has been working at Basic Element since 2001. In his former post as Director, Human Resources, he was responsible for HR strategy, corporate social responsibility programs in education, property management and administrative matters, as well as supervision of the Company's representative offices in Russia and abroad. At present, he is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Transstroy engineering and construction corporation, mining company Soyuzmetalresurs, the GAZ Group, as well as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the charitable foundation Volnoe Delo.
