Prior to assuming his current position in June 2007, Valery Lukin worked as Financial Director of Russian Machines.
Before that he held a top executive position at OAO Kamov-Holding, Russia?s leading helicopter producer. In 2000-2003, Valery Lukin was Head of Project Finance at Alfa Bank and later became Senior Vice President.
Valery Lukin graduated from the Department of Law of the Rostov State University and from the Department of Economics of the North Caucasus Business Academy.
