Alexey Barantsev is Director General and Chairman of the Board of Glavstroy Corporation, managing company of Basic Element's Construction Sector.
Prior to this appointment in Dec. 2008, Alexey Barantsev was in charge of Krasnoyarsk and Bratsk Aluminum Smelters, GAZ Automotive Plant, and held senior executive positions at GAZ Group and Russian Machines.
Alexey Barantsev holds a degree in metallurgy engineering from the Irkutsk Polytechnical Institute.
